As a Business Analysis Manager, you will drive research design, survey operations, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement in support of Cisco's Sales Operations and Business Intelligence priorities. You will own end-to-end survey and research programs—from instrument design through data collection, analysis, and executive-ready reporting. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making, reaching thousands of internal sellers, partners, and stakeholders. Findings from your programs will be presented to Director- and VP-level leadership, directly influencing resource allocation, program design, and go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities:Research & Survey Design: Design, build, and manage complex surveys using enterprise platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), incorporating advanced features like branching logic, randomization, and embedded data. Develop research methodologies and own survey deployment logistics to ensure statistically meaningful and actionable results. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data (including sentiment analysis and verbatim coding). Synthesize findings into clear, concise reports tailored to varied audiences, proactively surfacing insights that inform business decisions. Program & Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple concurrent research initiatives, maintaining quality, timeline adherence, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align objectives, secure data inputs, and socialize findings. Strategic Support & Continuous Improvement: Contribute analytical expertise to broader Business Intelligence initiatives. Recommend improvements to research processes and maintain documentation of methodologies and standard operating procedures to enable repeatability. Minimum Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Science, Data Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience . years of progressive experience in business analysis, market research, survey research, or a related analytical role, with at least 2 years managing end-to-end research or survey programs. Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Qualtrics (or a comparable enterprise survey platform), including advanced survey design features (branching logic, randomization, embedded data, display logic). Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines, coordinating across distributed teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel/ Google Sheets at an advanced level; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is expected). Preferred Qualifications. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities, including experience with sentiment analysis, verbatim/open-end coding, and statistical interpretation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working within Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a corporate strategy/insights function at a large technology company. Familiarity with Cisco's internal platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Sales. Connect, Webex, internal bot/virtual assistant frameworks). Exposure to partner ecosystem research or channel sales analytics. Experience with Power. Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code/no-code platforms for workflow automation. Certification or formal training in survey methodology, market research (e.g., RIVA, Insights Association), or data analytics. Experience supporting executive-level reporting or contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews (QB - Rs).
