Makes daily, weekly and quarterly updates in CBORD patient menu sytem including building new menu items, patient diets, food allergen tagging, and nutrition information. Conducts review of all menu items and nutrition information quarterly for compliance Maintains CBORD floor stock system and updates as necessary Creates and analyzes pateint dining reports on regular basis Troubleshoots patient dining issues on an ongoing basis Collaborates with diet office, dietitians, food service managers and hospital adminstration Reviews patient dining policies quarterly and makes suggestions for updates as required Visits hosital locations quarterly to conduct audits, training and updates with the food service teams At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics or similar field. Master's degree preferred. Active Registered Dietitian credential with CDR required Minimum of 3 years of progressive acute care or long term care experience in food service operations required. Strong working knowledge of patient dining software. CBORD knowledge highly preferred. Solid computer proficiency with IT programs and Microsoft Office Suite Strong public speaking and presentation skills for various groups including hospital administration Conditions of employment may or may not include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
