As a Front Desk Representative, you will provide superior customer service to both patients and other staff members. Additional responsibilities include:Ensuring that all necessary demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy. Greeting patients and handling check-in/check-out process. Collecting patient payments. Verifying patient demographic and insurance information, updating as needed.
