Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Provides education and coaching on the Quality System. Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees. To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):3 years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001), Aerospace Standard (AS 9100)3 years of experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and Corrective Action 3 years of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes 3 years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/ Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience with system engineering /quality engineering. Experience with surveillance and compliance audits. Shift: This position will work on B Shift. Typical hours range from 4:30 pm - 3:00 am, subject to change based on business needs.
