As an Associate Sales Manager:Own customer relationships: - Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts and understands their business needs. - Develop and execute mutually beneficial strategies and tactics with customers. - Understand customer KPIs and recommends items and brands to drive growth. - Adapt to planogram, omnichannel, and digital requirements. Deliver revenue targets: - Own forecasting and business performance for assigned accounts. - Develop and executes joint business plans and customer commitments. - Track POS and adjusts plans to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks. - Manage promotional execution and customer budgets. Drive cross-functional alignment: - Partner with marketing, product development, account support, logistics, finance, and planning teams. - Ensure alignment and execution across all functions to support the business. Build channel expertise: - Develop knowledge of the Growth Channel landscape across brick-and-mortar, omnichannel, and e-commerce. - Share insights on customer and industry trends. What You’ll Bring: - BBA/ BA/ BS - 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment - Demonstrated ability to manage business priorities and deliver against goals - Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills - Effective verbal communication and presentation skills - Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills - Results-oriented with a sense of urgency - Solid analytical and Excel/ PC skills - Ability to operate independently and manage a territory - 20–30% Travel required Preferred Locations: Boston, Bentonville, or Minneapolis We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
