Researching / analyzing spend, industry dynamics/trends, and stakeholder requirements of indirect categories -- a strategic formulation. Partnering with Indirect Sourcing Program operations (ISP) and other resources to conduct sourcing events (R - Fx) for fleet, facility, and other operational categories. Implementing results, including the development of short-list and recommendation ofsupplier(s) selection, negotiation, agreement of contractual terms and conditions, piloting andtransition plans & strategic implementation. Reviewing categories through scorecards (cost/performance), financial forecasting, periodicreporting of status, stakeholder feedback, supplier business reviews, demand management,improvement initiatives, updates of products and pricing strategic review. Driving innovation and partnership with suppliers to improve category total cost of ownership, create efficiencies, support business transformation, and improve field user experience. Centralizing procurement for relevant categories through the application of proper receipt,relieve, and replenishment models. Planning, adherence to policy, and use of process tools (e-suite, sourcing, contracts, auctions,REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred 7 - 10 years overall professional experience.
