Hybrid role with some work from home but also work in the community and at various hospitals in our system. Travel required within the Allina footprint, primarily in the Twin Cities and Western WI - Job Description:Support development and implementation of Allina Health community-facing health improvement programs and initiatives. Support system-level community benefit and engagement functions and special projects in specific geographic regions. Principle Responsibilities. Program development and implementation. Coordinate all aspects of day-to-day operations of system-wide community health improvement programs and initiatives. Build relationships with partners, participates in community meetings and ensures program content and materials are up-to-date. Use expertise, industry knowledge and creativity to make recommendations for program development, implementation, and evaluation to align with business needs and goals. Create new and updates existing content as needed. Participate in strategy planning and collaboration with Allina Health and community experts to ensure content and materials align with strategic goals. Coordinate and support promotion of health improvement programs internally and in the community, including acting as the liaison to the communications department, creating content to promote and updating websites as needed. Operations support. Support community system-level community benefit and engagement operations, including program evaluation, communications planning and implementation, charitable giving, employee engagement planning, health equity planning and implementation, and/or Community Benefit Reporting. Implement process improvements enhancements in system initiatives. Lead projects as needed. Provide general administrative support as needed. Local and system community engagement. Support community benefit and engagement special projects, including signature events, public affairs and local identified needs as needed. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in public health, community health, social work, communications, or related field degreeor an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered 3 to 7 years of experience in program planning, administration or project management. Experience leading collaborative programs or projects across diverse stakeholders. Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of and commitment to health equity. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in public health, community health, social work, communications, or related field.
