Currently seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guest visiting our resort properties! We have an amazing opportunity to join the Hilton Grand Vacations Family as Food & Beverage Steward. The Boulevard is a 1228 suite resort, located on a 10-acre site at the north end of the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip. We are a service-oriented team where we strive every day to ensure our owners, members and guests can create wonderful vacation memories! Our focus is putting people first, ensuring team members become family, guest become Owners, and Owners become the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities:Cleaning tables, filling ice, emptying trash, transport bus tubs to kitchen. Sanitizing pots and pans, and floor cleaning according to the State issued guidelines. Clean designated equipment, sinks, refrigerators, freezers, service areas, lobby bar, Marketplace, pool bar, and grill, walls, floors; including dumpster and compactor areas following all sanitation requirements. Maintain complete knowledge of required maintenance and use of equipment. Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Wipes down shelves, counters, windows. Cleans floors and removes items which do not belong and places them in appropriate areas. Supports management to meet all policies set by HGV and the State Department of Health. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:High School/ GED 6 Months Customer Service experience in a food & beverage position. Ability to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Food & Beverage proven experience and knowledge. Food Safety Certification.
