Design and develop industrial control systems for complex automated equipment. Create panel layouts, power distribution schemes, and detailed control wiring diagrams. Interface with RS - Linx, Kepware, and MES systems for seamless integration and data exchange. Program and maintain Fanuc robot logic. Configure and maintain Cognex and Keyence vision systems, area scanners and light curtains. Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers and Quality teams to implement error-proofing systems. Work closely with Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Provide technical leadership to ensure OEM compliance with electrical and controls standards. Minimum Requirements. Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of product manufacturing experience. OR - Master's degree and at least 1 year of product manufacturing experience. OR - At least 5 years of product manufacturing experience Additional Requirements. Proven experience designing and installing medium and low voltage power distribution systems. Experience in designing, building and commissioning control panels. Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley Control. Logix PLCs, Compact. Logix PLCs and Factory. Talk View Studio. Experience with Fanuc Robotics. Exposure to Ignition SCADA Software is a plus. Hands-on experience integrating vision systems in manufacturing environments. Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). Experience with GRACO mixing systems. Exposure to Automatic Guided Vehicles (AG - Vs) is a plus. Solid understanding of instrumentation, analog signals, and basic electronics. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
