The successful Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will develop employee, community, and industry communication and relationships while providing direction and oversight for the overall operations, including regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical, and financial control. To reach these goals, candidates must have: Be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Ohio. A Bachelors degree in Administration or related field is required 1-2 years minimum experience in skilled nursing facility management.
