Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday)First shift hours are 6 am to 4 pm; Monday to Thursday and second shift hours are 4 pm to 2 am Monday to Thursday. Pay is $16/hr for 1st shift and $17/hr for 2nd shift. You will stand at the end of the plastic injection molding press, systematically checking finished parts for defects, inconsistencies, and adherence to quality specifications. Accurately pack inspected parts into designated containers, ensuring proper labeling and count verification. Execute light assembly tasks on plastic components as required to prepare them for further processing or shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards. Plastic Molding Operator Qualifications:Candidates should be comfortable working in a non temperature controlled environment. Ability to stand continuously for a 10-hour shift. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 30 pounds regularly throughout the shift. Prior experience or a basic understanding of plastic injection molding processes. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed inspection and quality control tasks. Reliable transportation, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions precisely. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
