Welding Details:Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $22.00 /hour. Full Time work available. First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00 am to 03:30 pm)Perform MIG welding on steel components to meet production and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions. Set up and operate welding equipment and tools. Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy. Grind, clean, and prep materials before and after welding. Assist with fabrication and assembly of metal parts. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Cross-train in TIG aluminum welding and spot welding as needed. Welding Qualifications:Previous MIG welding experience required. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Willingness to learn TIG aluminum and spot welding. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Good attendance and reliable transportation. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
