Weekend work required. Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30 pm to 11:30 pm)Lead and support the second?shift production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Assign work, monitor performance, and enforce GMP and safety standards consistently Communicate shift priorities, provide coaching, and escalate production or quality issues as needed 2nd Shift Production Lead Qualifications:Prior experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish for team coordination and safety Strong understanding of GMP, safety, and quality standards Proven reliability, attendance, and ability to work second?shift hours Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and lead production teams.
