Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.45 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Tue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions. Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with routine inquiries, and communicating clearly with patients, visitors, staff, and/or first responders during urgent situations. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
