As a Security Officer Patrol Lead in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help to control access, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations. Support daily operations by following post orders, maintaining a visible presence, and completing reports related to incidents, patrol observations, and other security-related activities. Minimum Requirements:Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Possess 3 or more years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, and/or military experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
