Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from the front desk area. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through appropriate communication channels when needed. Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying credentials, maintaining front desk logs, and helping to support security-related protocols for entry and visitor management. Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
