Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to supervisors and/or local authorities when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, as work environments and conditions may vary by site. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential risks, helping to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted behavior through visible presence and professional interaction. Assist with access control, closing procedures, and customer assistance requests while supporting a professional environment for employees, tenants, and guests. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
