What we expect from you A Closing Crew Member must be willing and able to:Closing Crew will be expected to close a minimum of four days a week. It is desirable for a crew member to be cross-trained in minimum of at least three service positions. Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome. Can multi-task and doesn't wait to be told what to do. Work well in a Team environment to get things done collectively. All positions require long periods of standing. Some positions require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must be 16 years or older to apply. A great smile, positive attitude, dependability and willingness to learn are important characteristics for our crew members.
