You will assess patients for PEP/ Pr. EP eligibility, initiate and monitor patients on Pr. EP and PEP. You will also initiate and manage AR - Vs for newly-diagnosed and re-engaging in care HIV-positive patients. The Nurse Practitioner will have expanded walk-in capabilities to accommodate this patient population. The Nurse Practitioner will work with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and will attend and participate in various meetings. You’ll work with the brightest minds in healthcare to make tomorrow better for countless human beings. Preferred:Bilingual English / Spanish. Experience in providing care to clients with a diagnosis of HIV - Required:Masters in Nursing degree in Advanced Practice. Board Certification in area of specialty. Current NYS FNP and RN licensure.
