This position will be assigned to the FIFA International Broadcast Center (IBC) in Dallas, Texas, and will serve as the lead for safety and security operations supporting all FWC personnel deployed to the site. The role requires a highly capable professional with strong technical proficiency, organizational discipline, and comfort working with advanced security technologies, commercial software platforms, and operational systems. The Lead FWC Corporate Security representative at the IBC will be an experienced GSOC Intelligence Analyst or Operations Team Manager, bringing demonstrated expertise in security operations, incident response, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing directives from the FWC GSOC Lead, while maintaining situational awareness, supporting operational continuity, and ensuring adherence to established security protocols. This role requires an individual who possesses the ability to manage complex workflows, analyze and respond to evolving security conditions, and operate effectively in a high-profile, fast-paced international environment. PAY TRANSPARENCY/ COMPENSATION (Only for CA, CO, DC, HI, IL, NY, WA, MN) $40-$45/hr RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide close protection for designated executives, VI - Ps, and high-profile personnel assigned to or visiting the IBC Maintain constant situational awareness and proactively identify potential threats or vulnerabilities Conduct secure movements (arrivals, departures, escorts) within and around the IBC Perform advance site assessments of the IBC and surrounding areas, identifying access points, emergency exits, and safe zones Coordinate secure transportation routes and contingency plans Support enforcement of access control measures within the IBC Verify credentials and monitor restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access Assist with screening procedures and escalation of suspicious activity Act as a first responder to security incidents involving protected individuals or within the IBC footprint Execute emergency response procedures, including evacuation or shelter-in-place protocols Provide clear, timely communication with GSOC and leadership during incidents Maintain a discreet, professional presence appropriate for a global event environment Interact effectively with executives, media personnel, and international stakeholders Uphold confidentiality and represent the organization with a high level of integrity 2nd shift afternoon - evening Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS US Citizen with a social security card High School Diploma or GED 21 years of age LEOSA Certified Valid US Passport Applicable state licensing 2–5 yearsin security, event operations, venue staff supervision, or crowd management Experience working at large venues (sports stadiums, arenas, concerts, or events like the FIFA World Cupis a plus) Prior experience supervising teams (security officers, ushers, or event staff) Able to read, write and speak English fluently and comprise detailed written and typed reports Able to stand or walk the duration of shift with little time or access to chairs or rest areas, can sprint or run for short durations Able to climb stairs and traverse uneven terrain Able to use force of 200 lbs or more as needed Able to intervene and use verbal or physical force as appropriate to the situation Be exposed to harsh environments, weather, heat/cold, direct sun, excessive loud noises, electrical equipment, large crowds in proximity, heavy machinery, heavy traffic, 24/7 availability and able to work long hours/shifts in austere environments indoors and outdoors Familiar with report writing, word, excel, emails, phone communication, setting and creating travel itineraries Exceptional verbal, written and electronic communication Ability to follow strict guidelines, timelines, itineraries, safety measures, SOPs Ability to think critically and operationally to ensure protection of their team Have own appropriate uniform and footwear BENEFITS Constellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
