Oversee daily operations of the feed department, including production, inventory, and distribution Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to meet growth and profitability targets Lead, coach, and develop a team across mill operations and feed sales Ensure quality control standards are met for all feed products Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards Build and strengthen relationships with producers and key accounts Identify and drive new business opportunities within the feed segment Coordinate logistics, ingredient procurement, and supply chain efficiency Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements Qualifications: 5 years of experience in feed, grain, livestock nutrition, or related agriculture sector Prior leadership or management experience required Strong understanding of feed operations, formulations, and/or mill management Experience managing budgets and financial performance (P&L responsibility preferred) Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in feed production Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Why Consider This Opportunity: Confidential search with a well-established and financially stable organization Key leadership role with significant operational impact Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to lead growth and innovation within a core business segment For more information on this confidential opportunity, reach out directly.
