Provide executive oversight of multi-site structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication operations, including Project Management and Estimating Lead and align support departments including Quality Control, Purchasing, IT, Equipment & Asset Management, and HR Drive cross-functional coordination between fabrication shops, field installation teams, and project management Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices across all locations Monitor production schedules, installation timelines, and resource planning to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution Partner with the President/ CEO on strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives Lead operational reviews and KPI tracking to identify trends, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement Mentor, coach, and develop department leaders and high-potential talent across the organization Support recruiting, training, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR and leadership teams Serve as a key liaison between regional operations and corporate leadership to ensure alignment in vision, culture, and execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10 years of progressive leadership experience in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, construction, or industrial operations Proven experience leading multi-site operations and cross-functional teams Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, mentor, and develop teams at all levels Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Technical / Industry Expectations Deep understanding of structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication processes, equipment, and industry standards Strong knowledge of project management, erection sequencing, and safety practices Experience managing operational KPIs across safety, quality, productivity, and workforce performance Ability to analyze performance data and implement process improvements Proficiency with ERP and scheduling systems (e.g., Microsoft Project, Tekla Power.
