We are seeking a Full-Time Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our outpatient orthopedic pediatric clinic. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about working with pediatric and adolescent patients in a collaborative, physician-led environment. The Athletic Trainer will support orthopedic providers, assist with patient care, and contribute to high-quality clinical operations in a daytime, weekday-only setting. Schedule. Full-Time. Monday–Friday. Day shift (no evenings, weekends, or holidays)Key Responsibilities. Assist orthopedic physicians and clinical staff during patient visits and procedures. Perform patient intake, documentation, and clinical flow coordination. Apply and remove orthopedic devices (casts, splints, braces, boots, slings)Provide patient and family education on injury care, treatment plans, and rehabilitation protocols. Support post-operative care, brace fitting, and functional assessments. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Serve as a clinical liaison between providers, patients, families, and therapy services. Ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment. Comply with all clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training. Current BOC certification (ATC)Eligible for or holding state licensure (as required)CPR/ AED certification. Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and orthopedics preferred.
