Resolve any escalated complaints with customers, external entities, and employees. Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, and time keeping. Review Plan of Record (POR) to measure success via employees, customer, and financials. Build plans based on POR to drive improvements, reduce risk, and grow the business. Maintain and enforce company, federal and state rules and regulations, such as non-discriminatory practices, payroll and overtime guidelines, etc. What you’ll need BA/ BS Construction Mgt, Finance, Business - strongly preferred. Experience Leading structured organization of 100 employees. Previous P&L responsibility for a business with revenue in excess of $5 M 7 years construction management experience, preferably with utilities. 5 years of experience in project management Possess significant skills with spreadsheets, data bases, and professional email.
