Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing inventory cycle counts across warehouse locations, including R&D, Marketing, and Medical Education (Med. Ed). This role partners with Sales and internal stakeholders to conduct inventory audits, ensure accuracy, and reinforce inventory management best practices. The position leads on-site counts, reconciles discrepancies, and processes inventory adjustments within systems of record. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage inventory across multiple locations are essential. Audit Management. Plan, coordinate, and execute inventory cycle counts across Warehouse, Med. Ed, R&D, and Marketing locations. Review audit results to validate accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation. Support and participate in field inventory audits as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with Med. Ed, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Warehouse teams to coordinate inventory activities. Provide guidance on inventory management best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships to support inventory accuracy initiatives. Inventory Accountability. Proactively analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and corrective actions. Ensure timely reconciliation and processing of inventory adjustments. Provide reporting and insights to support decision-making and field inventory visibility. Operational Excellence. Drive continuous improvement of inventory audit and cycle count processes. Lead process improvement initiatives aligned to inventory performance goals. Ensure inventory processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and organizational objectives. Required - Bachelor's degree 0 years of experience. Excel experience. Preferred - Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, PRMS, etc.).
