Recruiter - Staffing 1st Shift / Mon – Fri / 8 am-5 pm$17.00 – $19.00 / per hour. Greenville, SC - PrideStaff - Greenville is looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our award-winning team! In this role, you are the face and voice of our office—the first point of contact for our Field Associates and the engine that keeps our selection process moving smoothly. Recruiter Primary Responsibilities include:Your main responsibility is to drive the initial stages of the recruitment cycle, ensuring every candidate and client receives exceptional service from the moment they call or walk through our door. First Impressions: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing clients and candidates to the right team members with a professional and helpful attitude. Talent Intake: Lead the selection process by administering pre-screens, applications, and assessments for prospective Field Associates. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephone screenings and schedule qualified candidates for in-depth interviews and assessments. Data Integrity: Accurately input and maintain Field Associate information in our Talent Management System (Bullhorn), ensuring all documentation and employment verifications are up to date. Operational Support: Audit timecards for accuracy, process background check information, handle payroll distribution (paychecks), and manage office supplies to keep the branch running at peak performance. Engagement: Foster a positive culture by managing monthly Field Associate recognition, such as birthday cards and quality-service follow-ups. Recruiter Requirements include:Professional Experience: 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a Customer Sales & Service roleSales Savvy: 2 years of phone sales and service experience is strongly preferred. We want someone who is comfortable and confident on the phones! The Right Traits: You must be high-energy, empathetic, and intuitive. We are looking for someone who can "read the room" and solve problems creatively. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn experience is a major plus). Detail & Multi-tasking: You’ll be juggling multiple priorities—from auditing timecards to screening candidates—so being detail-oriented is non-negotiable. Join Us.
