Lead stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and drive implementation of preventive and corrective actions. Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability and operational outcomes. Develop coordinated responses for management review to meet program quality requirements. Perform hardware, software and system-level audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, and related business, regulatory and customer requirements; report results and recommended actions to management. Drive data visualization and reporting: create/update Tableau dashboards, automate routine reports, and present actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Execute data analysis and report automation using statistical concepts and tools; leverage SQL experience to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):3 years of experience collecting and analyzing data and generating metrics reports 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)3 years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word. Willing and able to work 2nd shift. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/ Experience):Combination of education and experience. Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data. Experience in Tableau, Web Art, QA Reporting (QAR) Teradata, Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES), Excel (Pivot table, V-Lookup), MS Access and PowerPoint.
