Perform basic patient care tasks including hygiene, grooming, and mobility support. Provide general nursing care such as patient positioning, lifting, turning, and use of assistive equipment. Assist with toileting using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation. Take and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, and blood pressure, as well as intake and output measurements. Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge, including handling personal belongings. Maintain a clean and comfortable patient environment. Respond promptly to patient call lights, telephone, and paging systems. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications. CPR/ BCLS Certification required. Minimum six months of relative experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
