Act as the primary point of contact for the department, assisting patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and organized manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Coordinate and schedule appointments to support smooth daily operations and optimal resource use. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient reception area. Assist departmental staff with clerical and non-technical tasks as needed to support workflow. Deliver excellent customer service, responding to questions and concerns with care and accuracy. Health & Fitness Center Access What we’re looking for High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred. Experience in administrative support, customer service, or front-desk roles a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. Comfortable using office software and scheduling systems. Friendly, approachable, and patient- focused. Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
