This role will provide temporary administrative and programmatic support, with a focus on scheduling, event coordination, and logistical support for workshops, visitors, and program activities. Key Responsibilities Manage the Executive Director’s calendars and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate logistics for summer workshops and events (including the CA - Ps CCI Phase II workshop Schedule and manage Woodson Hall tours (only for May-July) Order, track, and coordinate catering for meetings and events Support visitor logistics (travel coordination, itineraries, lodging, meeting schedules) Assist with event materials preparation and day-of execution Provide general administrative support (email coordination, documentation, task tracking) Is Time Limited Yes If Yes, Appointment Length 3 months Wolfpack Perks and Benefits As a Pack member, you belong here, and can enjoy exclusive perks designed to enhance your personal and professional well-being.
