Lead customer intake and provide technology consultations for meetings and events, including platform selection and execution planning. Drive meeting setup discussions, consultations, run-of-show development, and support of the event. Conduct technical walk-throughs with organizers, presenters, and moderators. Lead presenter rehearsals and pre-event readiness checks. Perform pre-meeting presenter tech checks (audio, video, content, connectivity). Launch and manage live meetings, webinars, and hybrid events using Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Verify and manage platform settings including security, recordings, breakout rooms, polls, Q&A, and participant controls. Monitor backchannel communications during live events and resolve issues in real time. Provide calm, professional incident response during high-visibility and executive events. Trim, package, and deliver recorded content following events. Generate attendance and engagement reports as requested. Contribute to post-event reviews, documentation, and continuous service improvement. Daily AV conference room checks to ensure stability and reliability. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise AV, virtual, or hybrid events. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom, including webinars and live events. Technical, hands-on experience with Cisco meeting equipment. Proven ability to lead live event execution with attention to detail and composure under pressure. Experience supporting executive or high-visibility meetings. Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, and content sharing. Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills & Certifications. Experience supporting large-scale webcasts, all-hands meetings, or hybrid events. Familiarity with conference room AV systems (cameras, microphones, DSPs, control panels). Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and/or Zoom Rooms environments. Understanding of AV signal flow and basic networking concepts. Awareness of accessibility best practices (captions, audio clarity, inclusive delivery). Experience coordinating with vendors or third-party production partners. AV certifications such as CTS (or equivalent) are a plus. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. $79,620 - $132,720 USD -
