Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude while supporting daily paint shop operations Assist automotive painters with vehicle preparation prior to painting Sand, clean, and prep vehicle surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion Mask and tape vehicles and components to protect areas not designated for paint Prepare and mix paint materials under the direction of the painter Maintain paint equipment, tools, and spray booth areas to ensure proper operation Support finishing work, including buffing, polishing, and final surface detailing Move vehicles in and out of the paint area as needed to support the workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant paint shop environment Follow proper material disposal and environmental guidelines for paints and chemicals Provide assistance to body shop technicians and team members as needed Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the work shift Capable of performing repetitive tasks involving bending, reaching, and hand use Why This Role?
