Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the pool and restaurant alongside F&B management. To assist F&B Managers in ensuring all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards. Job duties include but are not limited to: Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service in all outlets. Utilize all computer systems relevant to the departments. Execute the tasks of a pool attendant, server, and/or bartender as needed. Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines. Order supplies and other amenities to ensure the restaurant or outlet par levels are adequate for smooth operations Participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service. Knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service. What we are looking for:Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years F&B experience, hotel /resort preferred. Must have attention to detail and the ability to work outside in spring, summer and fall months. A positive attitude is required. Day and night shifts required and flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays Must have the ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.
