Must be familiar with menu, preparation of drinks and food, and prices. Uses suggestive selling techniques. Takes guest's order and accurately inputs it into the computer/register. Explains the ingredients in the various beverages. Carries on a friendly conversation with the guests as coffee is prepared. Prepares for the next shift by filling the supplies and cleaning and sanitizing the workstation and equipment. Works as a Barista making coffee, blended beverages, etc. Works the cash register and maintains an accurate bank. Maintains cleanliness of designated areas. Adheres to all company standards, policies, and procedures. Completes assigned side work and any additional daily tasks. BRING US YOUR BEST. Previous cash handling experience is an asset. High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Excellent customer service skills Previous Food & Beverage experience helpful. Previous Starbucks experience an asset.
