Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy Assess data and identify improvement opportunities Work closely with process leaders to ensure teams have the right data, tools, and clarification of problems statements Support VOS audits (Tier 1 to Tet 4), 5 S , etc. Monitor and report overall progress to the VOS Manager Facilitate VOS activities assigned for plant improvements Assist with cascading targets to the process and aligning operator-level KPIs Education and Certifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 3 plus years’ experience Required Experience Continuous Improvement/ Lean/ Six Sigma CI initiatives in manufacturing, or operations environments Demonstrated facilitation, coaching, and problem solving capability. Proven track record of operational execution Prior experience in leading diverse teams to achieve a common goal Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation software.
