First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm)Conduct on?site visits to present information on the benefits of participating products and programs offered. Deliver product and program materials to participating partners and provide training on benefits, usage, and implementation. Assist partners with successful implementation of products and programs. Help develop strategies to educate partners and strengthen partner relationships. Follow up with partners from initial offering through implementation and beyond to ensure high participation and long?term commitment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Program Representative Qualifications:One to three years of retail or sales experience preferred. Valid driver's license, must be at least 21 years of age, and have a clean driving record. Reliable transportation required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook). Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds. Standing for approximately 60% of the workday and sitting for extended periods while driving. Travel up to 80% of assigned work time within a designated region. May include overnight stays, on some occasions. Applicant may be subject to a background check. Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report.
