(What You Are Doing)Support the end-to-end execution of tentpole events, brand activations, partner programs, and industry gatherings. Assist with venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and production logistics to ensure seamless event delivery. Manage timelines, project trackers, budgets, and run-of-show documents across multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate travel, accommodations, shipping, and credentialing for staff, partners, and guests. Provide on-site event support, including registration, guest experience, and sponsor management. Track budgets, process invoices, and manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, editorial, creative, strategy, social, and PR teams to bring events to life. Contribute to RFP responses and proactive pitches, supporting the development of event-based marketing opportunities. Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)3 years of experience in event production, preferably within media, automotive, experiential marketing, or lifestyle brands. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and logistics for events of varying scale. Interest in automotive media and enthusiast culture is a plus. Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed. This is a remote role The base salary for this role is between $48/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
