Supplier Portfolio Management:Oversee multiple supplier portfolios to ensure optimal performance in volume, revenue, and margin. Manage Supplier P&L (Profit and Loss) to achieve financial goals. Coordinate new item setup in systems, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with supplier requirements. Attend supplier and business review meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and growth opportunities. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to align on goals and expectations. Pricing and Inventory Management:Develop, input, and adjust annual pricing structures based on brand standards, target gross profit, DA support, contribution, FOB, and channel deals. Manage pricing grids to ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies. Analyze channel pricing and business performance, recommending strategies to increase volume and gross profit while addressing cost variances. Forecast inventory needs to meet demand while minimizing excess stock or shortages. Collaborate with teams to align inventory levels with sales projections. Data Analysis and Reporting:Compile analytical data to support decision-making and identify trends or opportunities. Generate reports to provide insights into supplier performance, revenue, and margin metrics. Review and correct GP issues, including price increases, missing DA support, and input errors. Recommend improvements to deal structures to reduce the number of overall deals. Manage system requirements and ensure data integrity for smooth operations and accurate reporting. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align revenue management strategies. Communicate effectively with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and address concerns. Attend customer and supplier meetings with management to review, negotiate, and address gross profit issues and revenue gaps. Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development and execution of revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and market share. Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate documentation for supplier agreements, pricing, inventory records, and product/ SKU information, including new item setup. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance or Marketing. Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software. Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines. Analytic and Reporting skills. Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment. Preferred Qualifications:Industry experience. SAP knowledge. Excellent MS Office skills.
