Whether it’s a cracked window or a custom project, you’ll be the expert they trust. We provide the training, tools, and support—you bring the craftsmanship and customer care. What You’ll Do. As a key member of our team, you will:Install flat glass for windows, doors, storefronts, showers, mirrors, tabletops, and more. Perform repairs and replacements as needed. Cut and customize glass to exact specifications. Take precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit the first time. Identify additional customer needs and recommend solutions. Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication. Safely collect payment upon job completion. What Sets You Apart. What You’ll Need 1 year of glass installation experience (glass cutting preferred)Familiarity with tools and techniques of the trade. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)Ability to lift 50 lbs independently. Comfort working with ladders, lifts, and heights. What We Offer.
