Independence Title in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Manager. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Escrow Manager is responsible for:Ensuring compliance with TDI regulations and company escrow policies. Partnering with leadership to support and optimize escrow operations, technology, and processes across the region. Providing guidance, training input, and expertise on escrow best practices, and regional considerations. Supporting branch operations, including staffing needs, operational decisions, and day-to-day escrow support. Assisting with customer issue resolution and oversee regional complaint management. Evaluating escrow qualifications for hiring and promotions, offering recommendations to leadership. Communicating leadership initiatives while serving as a key liaison between escrow teams and management. Must successfully apply for Escrow Officer License immediately upon joining the Company. Minimum of five years of escrow processing experience in Texas is required. Minimum of five years of management experience strongly preferred. Technical knowledge of the closing process in Texas is required. Ramquest system knowledge helpful but not required. Microsoft Suite proficient. This is a majority work-in-office position but does include opportunities to work remotely.
