Location Requirement: Must reside in the U.S. Southwest Region (AZ, CA, CO, HI, NM, NV, UT) or Canada We’re seeking a Senior Structural Engineering Professional (PE/ P - Eng) to lead structural analysis and design for advanced industrial and semiconductor facilities. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex projects, lead teams, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Pay: $68.00- $78.00 per hour DOE - Key Responsibilities. Perform and lead structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures. Apply U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC), including seismic design. Develop design concepts and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Review calculations and ensure quality control of deliverables. Manage scope, schedule, and project deliverables. Lead or support project teams and mentor junior staff. Participate in client coordination and project meetings. Basic Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis)Professional Engineer (PE/ P - Eng) license 10 years of structural engineering experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and structural analysis tools. Experience designing steel and concrete structures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications. Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field. Structural Engineer (SE) license. Experience with semiconductor or industrial facilities. Experience leading medium-sized teams.
