Employees who demonstrate accuracy, productivity, and reliability are expected to progress to Shipping/ Receiving II within approximately six months, with a corresponding pay increase. Compensation: $18/hr Similar Positions: Picking/ Packing , Warehouse associate, Shipping/ Receiving Responsibilities of Shipping/ Receiving Associate - Pull and pack customer orders accurately using packing lists and invoices - Verify items before shipment to ensure order accuracy - Assist in preparing shipping labels and documentation using internal systems - Ensure shipments are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit - Assist with receiving and restocking incoming inventory - Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations - Follow all safety procedures and department standards - Monitor packaging supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and notify supervisor when restocking is needed - Safely operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided) - Communicate any order discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.
