100% Teaching and Service. Plan, prepare, and deliver undergraduate courses in Small Business Entrepreneurship. Develop course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with experiential and applied learning objectives. Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes. Engage students in hands-on, project-based learning experiences, including work with local businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. Foster entrepreneurial thinking, opportunity recognition, and problem-solving skills. Provide mentorship and academic support to students pursuing entrepreneurial and small business pathways. Incorporate innovative teaching approaches, including experiential, case-based, and community-engaged learning. Adhere to university policies and AACSB accreditation standards. Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain instructional effectiveness and relevance. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to support program development and community engagement initiatives. Contribute to service activities including committees, student recruitment, outreach, and mentorship of adjunct faculty. Minimum Requirements. Earned undergraduate degree in business from an AACSB-accredited institution and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship, management, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university. Minimum of 5 years of entrepreneurial experience, including founding, managing, or growing a small business or venture. Demonstrated potential for excellence in undergraduate teaching. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. Strong knowledge of entrepreneurship and small business management; ability to translate real-world entrepreneurial experience into effective teaching; skill in facilitating experiential and applied learning environments; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and community stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner. - - - Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience - - - Application Procedure.
