Supervision is provided by the Parks Superintendent. Supervise and schedule all employees who perform tasks related to the maintenance of parks, athletic complexes, municipal building grounds and all public property. Purchase needed supplies to accomplish related tasks. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervises contracted services. Responds to citizen concerns and complaints. Communicates with various sport associations. Works with other city departments to accomplish tasks. Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Five (5) years experience in parks maintenance and three (3) years supervisory experience. Ability to pass a medical physical examination. Valid Texas Driver's License required. State of Texas Irrigation License and Certified Applicator License preferred.
