As a Telemetry Technician you will: Telemetry Technicians continually monitors patients on telemetry by interpreting and recording ECG rhythms and reporting pertinent changes to appropriate personnel. In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: One year of acute care experience preferred. Telemetry experience preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Good verbal and written skills. Basic clerical, computer data entry and math skills. High School Diploma or GED required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for HealthCare Providers certification required from American Heart Association required.
