Manages and oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Collaborates with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilizes problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational and clinical issues. Demonstrates leadership ability by guiding and motivating staff, fostering a positive work environment. Works independently, making frequent decisions and judgments in clinical areas, while also collaborating as part of a team. Utilizes Excel, Word, Qlikview, and other IT programs for financial management and data analysis. Conducts data analysis to determine planning, feasibility, and market strategies, supporting business planning and financial management. Other duties as assigned. Employs process improvement knowledge to enhance departmental procedures and patient outcomes. Develops and monitors expense and revenue budgets, ensuring financial stability and resource allocation. Applies HR skills to manage employee behavior and motivation, including performance evaluations and training. Communicates effectively with all ages, socioeconomic, and educational levels, both in writing and verbally. Analyzes financial reports and facilitates cost-management processes to maintain budgetary compliance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Good communication skills and must be fluent in English - speaking, reading and writing. Required. Must have a clear, concise, audible and professional voice. Good telephone skills required. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and enthusiasm combined with a desire to serve are essential Required. Diplomacy, tact and demonstrated good judgment are required. Able to work independently and follow instructions Required. Education: Associate's in Hospitality [Preferred] High School Grad or Equiv [Required]Field of Study: N/ A - Work Experience: 1 hospitality, hotel guest services or hospital setting [Required]2 years related work experience as a concierge or guest service representative in a hotel or large institution [Preferred]2 years customer service experience in a related role required, preferably an acute care setting [Preferred]Additional Information:Concierge training/certification or equivalent [Preferred]Licenses and Certifications: N/ A - Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements)Physical Requirements - km 2677 Pay Range:$15.87 - $25.38
