Demonstrates AdventHealth service standards in all interactions. Follows all Early Learning Center, the Department of Children and Families, Department of Health, Office of Head Start regulations for health, safety, and childcare. Supervises and manages daily classroom functions for an assigned group of children. Conducts developmental screenings and assessments with the support teacher. Implements approved lesson plans and schedules aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning and CREATION Kids. Leads weekly classroom team meetings for planning and reviewing childrens needs. Maintains an engaging environment that fosters positive interactions and good decisionmaking. Sets clear expectations and uses appropriate behaviormanagement strategies. Manages classroom documentation, records, reports, and required technology. Plans and conducts two parentteacher conferences and two home visits per program year. Ensures classroom practices align with Office of Early Learning guidelines and curriculum directives. Encourages parent and community involvement to support outreach and inkind efforts. Completes classroom and playground housekeeping duties and daily/monthly safety checklists. Attends required meetings and trainings, reports suspected abuse, and maintains professional appearance. Performs other duties as assigned.
