The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Office is looking for an Attorney III to join their team. The Attorney III will be responsible for preparing, managing and overseeing complex cases and legal activities. The annual starting salary will be $94,598. Examples of Duties
Prepare complex and media-sensitive cases for trial so that each case may reach final disposition. Oversee legal activities associated with projects originating from state statutes that contain detailed statutory procedures and timelines. Perform professional legal services, including contract preparation, research, opinion requests, drafting and review. Manage legal activities for hearings, trials and appeals. Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an American law school accredited by the American Bar Association, current licensure as an attorney by the Missouri Bar Association and five years of related experience.
