S. degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science etc.) 1-2 years hands-on data science experience or graduate degree in a quantitative field Proficiency in Python and SQL with familiarity using git for version control Comfortable with big data, aggregating across sources, and engineering features Knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of various machine learning algorithms and ability to evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of engaging with audiences of varying technical aptitudes Preferred: Experience with statistical techniques in experimental design, causal inference, Bayesian models, or time-series modeling Experience deploying models to production Experience working in cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP) or data lakehouse (Data.
