Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Wed 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM - Thur 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM - Sat 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM - Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and help to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction. Support property operations by communicating with tenants, guests, and/or contractors, assisting with directions and routine inquiries, and reporting security-related issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity. Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
